Rev. Murray: FSSPX Excommunication Is "Canonical Mess"

Rev. Gerald Murray, a New York canon lawyer, called the excommunication of the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X "a canonical mess" in an interview with Raymond Arroyo (video below).
Two Canonical Mechanisms
Rev. Murray distinguishes automatic (latae sententiae) penalties from imposed (ferendae sententiae) penalties requiring a judicial or administrative process.
Cardinal Victor "Tucho" Fernández did not impose excommunication but declared that an automatic penalty had already been incurred, since consecrating bishops without papal mandate triggers excommunication under canon law.
Decree Excommunicates Only Six Bishops
Rev. Murray's central criticism: the decree names only six bishops, while the explanatory note refers to priests and laity. But a note cannot legally expand a decree's scope.
The note calls priests "schismatics," yet the decree itself never declares them excommunicated.
Since a penal decree must specify who committed which offense and when, and this was omitted, Rev. …Ossotina

Cardinal Koch: The FSSPX's View of Papacy Is Contradiction

Cardinal Kurt Koch, Prefect of the Dicastery for Promoting Christian Unity, says the illicit episcopal consecrations by the Priestly Fraternity of St. Pius X (FSSPX) should not be seen as the end of dialogue with Rome. Key quotes from the Communio podcast published by Herder on 2 July..
On Excommunication and Future Dialogue
- An excommunication is a medicinal penalty. It is not intended to be definitive; rather, it is meant to invite repentance so that one may find the way back.
- I hope it will be possible in the future to resume new talks, so that they may find their way back into the Catholic Church.
- At the moment I do not see that happening, but it would also be far too early.
No Recognition of Popes Since Vatican II
- This amounts to a form of self-authorisation for carrying out episcopal consecrations.
- …a self-contradiction: on the one hand, they invoke the authority of the Pope in the most beautiful terms, yet on the decisive issues they go their own way.
- To me, this gives …Ossotina

Cardinal Koch, Prefect of Christian Unity, on the SSPX Consecrations: "We need to rethink Traditionis custodes, especially for those faithful who feel drawn to this liturgy without sharing the ideology of the SSPX."

Careful of your wording. The SSPX is not the Church - they are members of the same DIVINE Church as Pope Leo. Sadly, the Holy Father is blinded with modernism and the SSPX is helping him keep the Church afloat. The SSPX is the miracle that God ordained to ensure "the gates of hell" do not prevail as scripture promises. It is also incredibly interesting that His Holiness, Pope John Paul II, added into Canon Law in 1983, the very subsections under Penalties (Can. 1323: 4), that prove that the grave penalty of automatic excommunication did not take place. Again, the hand of God guiding and protecting His Church is so clear to see.

Is Leo a freemason?
Back in 2013 someone I love, described the behavior of Francis as a freemason, and through his fruits we know it is more likely than not that he was, we saw how he behaved during his "dark decade papacy", such was marked with plenty of signs from Heaven, heresies, betrayal and apostasy; Leo XIV is enforcing Francis falseness upon the Church and everybody is sold, as it right now, we don’t have a true John the Baptist to call the viper as a viper.
Both "popes" have clear differences in styles and both are actively seeking* to water down everything catholic (* francis heresies are still being enforced by Leo).
Francis was more outspoken meaning, it seemed like he didn't think, like he spoke without realizing the cosequences of his anathematic words, but when he put it in writting, we knew right away the man wasn’t just a fool, he and his minions were trying to eclipse the magisterium and catholic traditions.
So, if it hisses like a viper, slides like a viper and it …Ossotina

Leo XIV Meets Migrant Boy in Carefully Choreographed Staging: Today in Lampedusa, Pope Leo XIV met Leo, a migrant boy who arrived alone on the island ten years ago after losing his mother. The boy told the Pope that a simple paper ball gave him hope when he first arrived and inspired him to keep playing football. He gave Pope Leo a football and a heartfelt letter. During his visit, Pope Leo XIV called on Europe to protect and support illegal immigrants.

Grazie, Leo.»

These are results for was there child sacrifice to pachamama
AI OvervieYes, historical and archaeological evidence indicates that the Inca and Chimú civilizations performed human sacrifices, including children, as offerings to the earth and mountain deities. These practices were generally aimed at maintaining cosmic balance, ensuring good harvests, or appeasing angry deities during natural disasters like severe flooding.
The Inca Capacocha Ritual
The Incas practiced capacocha, a major state ritual where unblemished, perfect children were sacrificed to appease mountain deities (apus) and Mother Earth (Pachamama). The Process: Children were often chosen from distant provinces as a form of tribute and were brought to the capital of Cuzco. After sacred rituals, they were led up high Andean peaks, sedated with coca leaves and alcohol, and left to freeze to death or were struck on the head to reduce suffering.

France: Mother of 17-year-old murder victim Louis calls for ‘war,’ plans White March on July 5 after in Narbonne

A “white march” is planned for Sunday, July 5, in honor of 17-year-old Louis, who was beaten to death by at least five multicultural thugs in the French city of Narbonne. Louis’ mother said this was no time for mourning, “but a time for war.” His aunt has also spoken to the media, calling for justice while describing the horror of Louis’ death and the indifference of the perpetrators, who filmed themselves laughing as he died. The march, which is organized by the family, will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Narbonne City Hall square and proceeds to the construction site where Louis was beaten to death. The mother is expected to speak there in honor of Louis. She has already expressed her rage at the death of her son, telling Le Journal du Dimanche, “This is not the time for mourning, it is the time for war.” She has called for the perpetrators to be tried as adults, revisions to juvenile justice laws, and emphasized that Louis should be the last victim. She has described repeated warnings …

Leo XIV in Lampedusa: Today, Pope Leo XIV visited Lampedusa to highlight his preferred issue of immigration. He began the visit with a silent prayer at the Cala Pisana cemetery, standing before the wooden crosses of migrants who had died while being trafficked. During his homily, he greeted the immigrants and thanked them for helping each other. As he walked along the island’s rocky coast, the wind blew his zucchetto off (as can be seen in the video).

Bishop Kozon: "Traditionis Custodes Does Not Harm Church - FSSPX Consecrations Do"

Bishop Czesław Kozon of Copenhagen, Denmark celebrates Mass according to the Roman Rite whenever he is asked to do so, he told de.CatholicNewsAgency.com on 4 July.
He favours a pastoral approach: "People who want this should have the opportunity to do so."
At the same time, he believes that 'Traditionis Custodes' "does not harm the Church": "One must recognise that the post-conciliar liturgy is the Church's liturgy, and that it can also be celebrated beautifully. That is the ideal we should strive for."
He described the episcopal consecrations performed by the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X (FSSPX) as "tragic and completely pointless".
Monsignor Kozon continued: "It also shows that this is about more than just the old Mass. Those who once praised the Church’s Magisterium, emphasised obedience and promoted unity are now acting in a way that is clearly disobedient and harms unity. That is why it is truly sad, and there is no excuse for it."

Gänswein: FSSPX "More Hardline Than Ever"; Leo XIV Should Ease Latin Mass Restrictions

On 2 July, Archbishop Georg Gänswein, the Nuncio to the Baltic States, spoke to Corriere.it about the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X and the Mass in the Roman rite. Key quotes, slightly shortened
- The FSSPX has become even more hardline. It's unbelievable - truly sad.
- Their understanding of tradition is not tradition. They freeze Catholic tradition at Pius XII. After that, they see nothing but errors.
- Benedict XVI lifted the excommunications of the four bishops as a father seeking peace. It was an outstretched hand they refused. The radical faction prevailed—they rejected reconciliation then and still do.
- They are like the Protestants of five centuries ago. Cardinal Müller is right.
- I am very disappointed. Grace can do anything over time, but for now I see even greater distance and deeper hardening than before.

Most of these parroting comments by careerists in the Church are distinctly unhelpful and purposefully miss the valid points being made by FSSPX. The Bible, and our Lord, is quite clear about how each side show be acting towards one another. May our Lord, and St. Peter, help us in a time of disarray and confusion. Russia liberates Konstantinovka – Kremlin

President Vladimir Putin has been briefed on the development by top military commanders, Dmitry Peskov has said Russian troops have liberated the city of Konstantinovka, a longstanding major stronghold in the Ukrainian-controlled part of Donbass, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has announced. The city, located in the northwest of Russia’s Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), has seen intensive fighting over the past few weeks. The Russian forces have advanced into the city from multiple directions, effectively cutting it in half and surrounding a part of the disorganized Ukrainian garrison. Russian President Vladimir Putin was briefed on the development during a visit to an auxiliary command post alongside top military commanders and Defense Ministry officials, Peskov told reporters late on Friday. “Konstantinovka has been taken under full control. According to the president, it is the first, but very important, stage in the seizing of the entire important Slavyansk-Kramatorsk stronghold,”…

E Pluribus Algae: Why Green Pond Scum Is as American as Red, White and Blue
And why the most patriotic approach

I went to the Reflecting Pool because, as a certain American naturalist once said of a different pond, I wished to “live deliberately” and “see if I could not learn what it had to teach.”
I doubted that it had much left to say. The Reflecting Pool, the half-mile-long, knee-deep mirror of water that runs to the foot of the Lincoln Memorial, has become our nation’s latest national metaphor. In early June, it became choked with algae after President Trump ordered it to be drained, repainted “American flag blue” and refilled. Soon the paint began peeling away in large flakes.
